All tools operate client-side in your browser, meaning your files and data are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Our Property

All content, features, functionality, and materials available through the Service, including but not limited to:

  • The BobNinja™ name, logo, and branding
  • All character designs, including the BobNinja character
  • Website design, layout, and user interface
  • Text, graphics, images, animations, and software code
  • All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names

are owned by or licensed to Cloudless Consulting Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. BobNinja™ is a registered trademark of Cloudless Consulting Pty Ltd.

2.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:
