Common Issues

Pages not saving completely
Some JavaScript-heavy sites may not render fully. Try increasing the wait time in settings or using fewer concurrent tabs (1-3 instead of 5-10).
Extension icon not appearing
Make sure the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions. Try restarting Chrome. You may also need to pin the extension from the Extensions menu.
Saved content is empty
The website may be blocking content extraction or require authentication. Try a different website to confirm Webscribe is working correctly.
"A save operation is already in progress" error
Wait for the current save operation to complete, or cancel it first by clicking the Stop button.
High memory usage
Reduce the number of concurrent tabs in settings. Large save jobs with many pages consume more memory. Close and reopen the extension popup if needed.
